As an applicant for Bowling Membership subject to the Constitution of the Royal NSW Bowling Association or the Women's Bowling Association (whichever is apllicable), the following questions should be answered:

For us to consider your application, the Corporations and Registered Club Acts require us to obtain, display in the Club and in some cases make available information such as your name and address. If you do not provide that information we may be unable to consider your application. We will deal with your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy which is available on request.
