Lawn Bowls is enjoyed by our members as it offers a challenging precision-based sport that can be competitive or more social in nature. Our Bowling Members enjoy a fun social experience where they develop friendships and challenge themselves as they aim to improve their game.

Asquith Bowling Club runs both Men’s and Women’s Bowling competitions as well as mixed bowling days. We offer free bowling coaches to show you the fundamentals of bowling and for any prospective bowlers, please get in contact with us to come along and “try before you buy”. Get a free lesson and see what all the fuss is about – you’ll be hooked!

Monday – Mixed social competition (no uniforms) that starts at 11.30am (time may change to an earlier start time in summer). The day finishes with a social debrief over a drink at the end for all those available to join in.

Tuesday – Ladies Competition day starting around 9am

Wednesday – Social bowls day open to all with no scheduled competition. Green fees are payable.

Wednesday Twilight - Summer time only so check the website. Social play commencing at 6pm with registration open from 5.30pm

Thursday – This is traditionally a big competition day for our Men Bowlers, this starts with briefing around 12:20pm where the cards are called.

Friday – Ladies Competition day starting around 9am

Saturday – This is a big competition day for out men Bowlers, this starts at 12pm with a briefing and the cards being called.
